Palladian Developments is a multifaceted construction company offering services in Commercial General Contracting, Heavy Civil Construction, Project Management, Construction Management and Residential/Multi-Family Construction. We have been servicing Vancouver Island for over ten years, and have offices in Nanaimo, Abbotsford and a presence in Vernon that allows us to provide services to our clients across a full range of geographic locations.
With over forty (40) full time staff, including Engineers, Project Managers, Construction Managers, Estimators, Superintendents, Foreman, Carpenters and Equipment Operators, Palladian can provide a full range of construction and project related support. We are constantly providing ongoing training and education to our staff and have Gold Seal Certified personnel, MMCD Contract Administrators, Built Green Builder Certification, Canadian Homebuilder Certification, and C.O.R. Canadian Construction Safety Corporate Certification.
We enjoy developing long term working relationships with our clients and can tailor our services to meet their specific needs. Over the years we have developed working arrangements with many Consultants including Architectural and Engineering firms to provide a comprehensive team to undertake design build projects for our private sector clients. We also compete in the traditional General Contractor at risk tender environment on Municipal Civil, Commercial, Institutional and Multi-Family projects. As a result of our multifaceted construction services we can be very competitive on traditional commercial General Contracting projects. Providing our own Civil construction services, Carpenters, Framers and Superintendents permits us to work more efficiently.
